01 — The Premise

Every act of financial malfeasance generates a record.

In the world of The Verdict, every scheme, every rug, every shell company leaves a Case File behind — the scheme, the money trail, the people who ran it. The collection is the archive. Holding one doesn't just mean owning the art — it means holding a role in how that case is eventually resolved.

Each Case File is a token-bound account in its own right, capable of holding a small basket of seized assets that move with the file — to whoever ends up holding it when the case closes.
